The soundtrack to your weekend is here, with a fantastic lineup of unsigned bands we aim to bring you the best talent from across the region. This eclectic lineup will provide the perfect backdrop for eating, drinking and merrymaking in the sunshine in our awesome park. There’s definitely something for all tastes so we expect you to singalong

We are all about bringing you the best of local, and that extends to our entertainment. We want to showcase brilliant talent to entertain you at Telfood!

Our Stage line up is the perfect accompaniment to a brilliant day. So sit back, relax, and here's the line up for 2017!

Saturday 2nd September

10.00-10:45 Jake Nelson

Jake is a self-taught guitarist and singer from Telford. Covering all decades and genres, you’ll find yourself singing along and tapping your feet in no time.

11.00-11:45 Groove Dynamite

These guys bring explosive Soul, Funk and Disco to the festival. Consisting of vocals, guitar, keys, bass, drums, trumpets and saxophones, these musicians provide a blast of up tempo Soul and Funk favourites that will ignite the fuse to your dancing shoes. Located in Shrewsbury, Groove Dynamite packs dance floors throughout Shropshire and the surrounding counties and further afield including Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Powys and Cheshire.

12.00-12:45 Alex Doverskog

A talented musician with a loyal social media following. Alex's already strong reputation as a brilliant performer is flourishing in Telford, as he continues to release and perform catchy original songs which secure him as an influential member of MAS records.

13.00-13:45 Daisy Hill

A singer/songwriter from Telford who is quickly building a name for herself in Shropshire. Her unique sound is bringing something new and enjoyable to Telford's bustling music scene. 

14.00-14:45 Olly Flavell

Olly Flavell is an innovative singer songwriter, with wisdom beyond his years and a youthful flair. Carefully crafted material naturally flows from this talented 19-year-old. Combining influences from the realms of pop, country and rock, Olly creates an unseen contemporary sound with nuances of classic melodies and traditional lyricism. Olly has earned himself spots at festivals such as 2000 trees and has played iconic venues such as Birmingham’s Genting Arena and the ICC Symphony Hall. Olly’s skillfully crafted songs have earned him the opportunity to write toplines for Swedish dance music and write for the likes of Little Mix. Collaborations with Tim Lord and Ben Newbury, stylist and video director to artists such as James Bay, also feature on his list.

15.00-15:45 The Dirty Rockin’ Scoundrels

The Dirty Rockin Scoundrels are a Midlands-based function and wedding band that bring you the best Rock ‘n’ Roll music of the 50's and 60's. With an entertaining and energetic live show, These guys will accompany your Saturday afternoon in the park.

16.00-16:45 Linda Marita

This talented artist is a singer song writer who performs through out the midlands. She likes to put her own unique jazzy spin on covers and delivers her articulate original material which will leave you hooked. 2017 brings the release of her EP “Going Mad”. Check her out on Facebook to get information on gigs and find her music.

Sunday 3rd September

10.00-10:45 Joshua Sole

Telford singer Joshua Sole has developed an avid social media following after posting killer tracks to SoundCloud, YouTube and elsewhere. Featuring the streets of our town we are proud to welcome this amazing voice onto our stage in his hometown.

11.00-11:45 Stephen Jones

Stephen plays acoustic covers of lots of different songs, predominantly indie but also lots of pop and sing along tunes. We guarantee you’ll be singing along while you shop.

12.00-12:45 Michaela Wylde & Ben Folger

Ben and Michaela are a new Shropshire musical duo, combining years of solo experience in their own right into an exciting package. Performing old classics, quirky pop covers and original material, Ben and Michaela perform a mixture beautiful music to captivate your senses and songs to get you dancing. Featuring; female and male lead vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, harmonies, percussion and a little bit of looping for good measure.

13.00-13:45 The Follicles

The Follicles are an acoustic duo that have livened up parties, functions and Friday nights for the last 18 months! They play a wide range of material in their own unique way that caters for any generation, while doing so with a slight tongue in cheek humour. Stevey plays guitar and takes the lead vocals to guarantee a good singalong vibe, while Russ adds much needed percussion and groove and backing vocals which adds a guaranteed toe tapping experience!

We close the festival with Shrewsbury based Insomni.  Their mix of acoustic and alternative Rock has been described by the Star as  ‘compelling … breathtaking …, beautiful’

14.00-14:45 Missing In Action

M.I.A are a four piece power rock outfit, formed from the embers of Telford favourites 'Teazer'.

Playing rock covers spanning the last four decades, performed in M.I.A.'s own unique way

15.00-15:45 The Breakfast Club

With classic songs, from Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet, to the Jam and Bryan Adams, The Breakfast Club band will meet all breakfast, lunch and dinner music requirements.  Expect party tunes while you pick up last minute shopping bargains.

16.00-16:45 Wax Futures

Already regulars on the burgeoning Birmingham music scene, the band have performed with the likes of &U&I, Tall Ships, Alpha Male Tea Party, Castrovalva, Bad Grammar and The JCQ, and have become renowned for their explosive live show, an energetic way to end the festival so make sure you stay until the end!
